TITLE: This menu displays all
movie titles contained in
TV Guide
®
Movie Master, listed
in alphabetical order. You can
browse through the list using the
buttons if you wish to do
so one title at a time. If you’re
looking for a specific title, Movie
Master features two more alter-
natives that can help you find
what you’re searching for more
quickly.
One way to do so is to press
the ABC 1 button. Your LCD will
then show the first entry that
begins with the next correspon-
ding letter in the alphabet. Then
you can use the to
navigate thru this menu.
If you wish to scroll to the
next entry that follows in order,
according to the second letter in
the title, press the ABC 2 button
instead. This feature comes in
handy when you are navigating
within a section containing a
large number of titles that begin
with the same letter.
TYPE: This menu lists a
number of popular movie genres
in alphabetical order to help you
in instances where you have a
specific kind of movie in mind.

contains the different star ratings,
beginning with five stars at the
top of the list and decreasing by
half star increments all the way
down to one star. This helps you
get an idea of the critical acclaim
of the film according to
TV Guide’s
®
ratings, and could
help you make a choice that best
matches the caliber of movie
you’re looking for.
MPAA: This menu catego-
rizes films according to the
official rating of the Motion
Picture Association of America.
This is especially helpful to
parents when deciding on a film
that is suited for children’s view-
ing. Please keep in mind that the
NR (Not Rated) rating generally
applies to films that were
released prior to the MPAAs
implementation of the rating
